Not all Targets sell the same items. So miscommunication often happens when Target posts an item on Instagram to only participating Targets—leading to confusion when a customer visits its local Target for that particular item and can’t find it.
Miscommunication that Targets dealt with for Structured:
Target sells WIC products approved for the supplemental food program for women and children.
When ringing up a WIC order, some items aren’t WIC-approved items, but it tells you at the end instead of immediately delaying the customer from getting a WIC-approved item in exchange for that item.
